The Activate Your Wellness campaign promotes overall wellbeing by encouraging people to take small steps to improve their health across the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. It is a positive, optimistic campaign that aims to let Virginians know it's okay if their wellness isn't perfect and provides them with tools and resources for improvement. The campaign is structured around the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. The presentation will emphasize positivity, growth, and optimism, encouraging small, actionable steps toward a healthier life. It will also cover an explanation of each dimension and ideas on what steps could be taken in order to reach the larger goal
