One day immersion and activation so you can use your voice as a tool for personal transformation. Using Sacred Mantras we will calm and regulate the nervous system. You will learn how to be clear on your message when you speak, not shrinking or hiding, yet emanating the authentic you that is loving, kind and compassionate.
Your voice is the expression of your soul so join in and discover in a safe and fun environment, how to clear past discomfort around speaking your truth. The day is about shifting your awareness in your physical body so you can sense what is true for you.
Using your voice with awareness can shift old patterns, break down barriers, and help you connect with others at a much deeper level.
You will feel more at peace with who you are when you use the disciplines taught during the day.
The event is held in the QT hotel at Surfers Paradise on Sunday, April 19th, 9.30am to 4.30pm with morning tea and lunch included plus a manual to support your spiritual practice if using your voice as a tuning fork and medicine.
