With a mix of frequency, breath work, subconscious navigation and reprogramming, emotional processing, uncovering needs, and finding the power in activating and stabilizing unconditional love, Erin will guide you into yourself for a deep level of healing transformation.

With a combination of ancient yogic technology and modern-day subconscious mapping, you will learn how to:

• Master Your Nervous System: Learn to consciously reset your vagus nerve and exit the cycles of fight, flight, and freeze. Discover simple, somatic tools for immediate down-regulation that create a new baseline of calm and safety within your body.

• Decode Your Body's Wisdom: Dramatically increase your Body Intelligence Quotient. We’ll teach you practical "pattern-tracking" to identify the hidden roots of anxiety, repetitive conflict, and self-sabotage—before the old stories can take over.

• Activate Unconditional Love in your body as a baseline and learn how to stabilize it.

• Learn how to process stuck emotional energy.

• Learn how to access your emotions, name them, and find the underlying needs associated with them to improve your relationships (especially with yourself).
