In this one hour 30mintues workshop, you will leave with basic understanding of how your brain creates stress and the creative state. We will talk about circadian rhythms, how the brain cleans itself, how to change your brainwaves states and most importantly how to create your future from inside out. We will start with some basic question which you will write down on your journal, I will discuss the brain and then followed by a guided relaxation.
Over 4weeks, of building and revisiting this process you will be able to understand your brain and make your brain an ally in the process of creating your best life. I will also send you a guided relaxation MP3 audio that you can listen to every night to help reduce stress, improve sleep, homeostasis and create your life aspirations
Please wear something comfortable and relaxing, Bring a mat, water and a throw to cover yourself with. if you have one of those eye pillow/eye cover bring it. Also bring a journal to write in.
