THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

This is an immersive in-person sonic somatic experience. Through each chapter of the journey, we'll be supported by brain-wave shifting music intentionally curated to allow us to go deeper into the energy of curiosity, play, courage and acceptance.

WHO WILL GUIDE THE JOURNEY?

Mia and Danylo will guide the somatic journey as we co-create through movement, breath, and sound in a playful spirit.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

• first, we'll gather in a circle with the heart-opening grace of cacao.
• Mia & Danylo will then guide you through a somatic movement journey where we allow our body's Wisdom to activate, and play with new ways of feeling movement, breath and vocalizing.
• We will play, explore and feel, with our body how breath, sound and movement can be a powerful healing force and experience ways how each can support the others. Especially how movement and breathe supports vocalizing - as the theme of the event is to reclaim our relationship with our voice.
• We will then naturally lay down and activate our pranic body with breath flow (some call it "breathwork" which is similar but our intention is more to allow your body's natural powerful flow.
• we'll then slow it down into a visualization
• which will perfectly set the stage to lie down comfortably and surrender into...
• a Guided Sound Meditation - it's a journey inward that doesn't require you to "do" anything. Instead, we allow what wants to be felt and we soften into the truth of our hearts. This activation will be supported with a mix of brain-wave shifting sound, grounding and heart-activating Light Language.

Through this journey, you may experience:

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

• a yoga mat

• water for your throat and hydration (closable water container so it can't spill)

• a cozy blanket - highly recommended

• wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in * the cozier and free flowing the better - cotton is a very nice option.

• a sweater in case you get cold

• an eye mask (we will have extras)
