This is a 4 week IN - PERSON course where you will learn how to be more calm & content rather than constantly overthinking, ruminating & being overwhelmed in your thoughts. you will learn how to genuinely loving & accepting your strengths, your quirks, your gifts and you will start feeling confident AF in who you are...I have a just a few spots left for my June Activate Group.
Sessions will me on Thursday at 7 June 6, 13, 24th and 30th.
EACH WEEK YOU GET:
90 MINUTE GROUP INTENSIVE INCLUDING:
• Guided Mindfulness Practice:
• so you can start quieting your mind & creating more inner peace
• Slow Yoga Flow:
• so you can learn how to use movement, the breath & the body to be more present & in the moment
• Mini Nervous System Training:
• so you can become an expert in your nervous system, how to notice when it's activated & how to self-regulate in the moment
• Guided Journaling Exercises:
• so you can take what you're learning & integrate it into your daily life so it sticks
• Group Discussions:
• so you have a space to be seen, heard, and supported by like minded women
