Action Teams: Accountability, Inspiration, Connection (in person)

Action Teams is an ideas exchange with a small team of collaborators. You give your feedback, advice and ideas to help others break through current challenges they are facing in their life. In exchange, they help you break through your current challenges, too. Together, we grow. ? ?

Whether you are just arrived in Berlin and need to jump-start your life here, or if you’re working through some kind of shift in your personal life, activism or work, you can bring many kinds of challenges* to Action Teams to help you get unstuck. Read more about how it works below.

This edition of Action Teams is offered in English.

The tickets are offered on a sliding scale from 5-30€.

HOW IT WORKS:

The session lasts 2 hours, during which:

1. Each member gets to describe a personal challenge to the group in a timed session.
2. Then your Team will have time to share their solutions, ideas, tips, resources or other gifts to help you face your challenge.
3. Then we switch speakers.

It's as simple as that. It’s about accountability, inspiration, connection and — of course — action.

*Please note that while these workshops are led by two experienced facilitators with a trauma-informed approach, and we do our best to collectively hold a caring, brave space for feelings, emotions and memories that might come up during our workshops, the Action Teams format does not extend to offering professional psychological support for processing personal traumas. In case you do need some professional support or counselling to address trauma and need to be pointed in the right direction, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us — we are happy to share resources.

✨ WHO CAN JOIN? ✨

This meetup is for anyone with an open, respectful and collaborative mindset. That said, these gatherings do try to center those who are usually marginalised. Limit to 16 persons session.

A 24-hours recent negative COVID test is required to join. You can purchase a test directly at the space for sliding scale 1-3€ cash, please show up early if you need to test! Masking is encouraged.
