Action Planning for Prevention & Recovery

The three hour workshop introduces a wellness toolkit to both people in recovery and providers. It will apply modalities for both beginning and advanced levels of wellness planning. The content covers recovery and wellness information, and healthcare strategies to help people both prevent and recover from troubling feelings and experiences. This toolkit is in the public domain and is free to use following the training.

- Attendees will be able to identify wellness tools

- Attendees will be able to develop or learn to support development of a daily maintenance plan

- Attendees will learn to identify and respond to or support identification and response to stressors, activators, triggers, and action planning
