A one day intensive acting workshop with Tarek El-Ebiary

Intensive Acting workshop:The workshop will contain different exercises from different acting schools, body language, acting for camera, how to prepare for a role, scene study, improv,a breif about basic script writing and directing- Great news -There is a chance that some of the actors taking the workshop might be qualified to for a role in a short movie that will be shoot after the workshop day within this year
Tarek El-Ebiary graduated with honors from the American University in Cairo majoring in Theatre and minoring in Film.Ebiary’s latest training was with acting coach Nadim in and “.Ebiary’s previous trainings were with Gerald James in 2022 and at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre - Improve New York Training Center with coaches James Dwyer and Lou Gonzalez in 2019, Doctor Khaled Galal at the Opera House, Center of Art Creation workshop in 2018, Doctor Hanady Abd El Khalik in 2017,Acting Coach Marwa Gabril in 2014, Doctor Ahmed Kamal in 2010,Theatre Royal Drury Lan acting workshop in 2008, UCLA, People to People Theater Summit, and lastly, New York Film Academy in 2007.Tarek was chosen by the AUC Today as one of the 100 Alumni of the century who had an impact on society in the past 100 years. He was the Founder of Theater and Film Club at AUC in 2009.He won several awards and the latest was best young actor for his role in Valentino, a series starring Adel Imam.

School identification is acceptable for students between 13 and 17 years old.Refund PolicyTHERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLEAge RequirementYou must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for this course. If you are 13-17 years old, you may take the course by having a Parent/Guardian with you while you enter the course at the Training Center at the day of the courseAttendanceActing Intensive class is a group activity that is best learned in a creative and supportive learning environment. The best way to support yourself and your fellow classmates is to attend the class on time. Absences hinder your growth as an actor and in turn affect your ability to support your classmates in class.Training Center understands that emergencies do happen so absences are allowedMake-Up Policywe understand that emergencies do happen, but unfortunately we cannot offer Make-Up classes.Make-ups are not mandatory.ConductThe Training Center believes that all of our students have the right to learn and practice their craft in an open, non-threatening, creative environment. In order to achieve this environment, students are asked to agree to certain ground rules in regards to course conduct before enrolling in the course.Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited toConsumption of drugs or alcohol during class.Wanton destruction of physical class space, which includes but is not limited to walls, chairs, lights and doors.Inappropriate verbal, physical or sexual conduct with other students or the course instructor.Bringing uninvited guests to class.Additionally, students are asked to help foster a creative and supportive learning environment without distractions. Students are asked to support their fellow students in class by abstaining from eating in class and talking while fellow classmates or teachers are talking. Students must also abstain from using electronics in class, including audio or video recording devices and cellular phones (this includes reading or writing text messages and using the Internet in class).Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will result in suspension and removal from the course.Refunds in the event of termination follow the same guidelines as voluntary withdrawals.Destruction of PropertyIf you destroy any property at the Training Center, whether it is by accident or on purpose, you will be liable for the cost of repair.Instructor AttendanceTraining Center reserves the right to cancel the course at anytime without notice if an emergency occurred to the instructor and in this case you get a refund of your payment for the courseLiabilityYou agree that you choose to voluntarily participate in the course with full knowledge that the activity may be hazardous to yourself and/or your property. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained as a result of participating in the activity.
