Whether you're preparing for the screen or the stage, this workshop is about finding truth in performance and shedding the "act" from acting.Rooted in the methods of Sanford Meisner and Uta Hagen, the training focuses on:Active listening & moment-to-moment awarenessEmotional truth & authentic connectionCharacter exploration using Hagen’s Nine QuestionsImprovisation & sense memoryDeep-dive rehearsals leading to a professionally shot final sceneFrom day one, actors are immersed in exercises that strip away performance habits and awaken the raw, instinctive self.
