The water is still a little cold but we are back swimming again. This week Kirsty will be running the group with Vince only helping with coffee after the Tri Starter Training session:- Swimming at 10am(Due to race day Sunday)
- Running at 11am
- Coffee at 11.30am
A FREE weekly casual brick session with #teamsesto and some of the ACTC crew.
All welcome inc non Members.
Be there from 9:50am ready to go at 8am.
Look out for the ACTC Flag to the right of the toilet block looking out to the water.
