Two groups starting at 8am. One group will be doing a two hour group ride, and the other will be doing the usual Swim and Run. It will be the usual meeting place at Kohi for an 8am start:- Riding or Swim/Run at 8am
- Coffee at 9.45am
A FREE weekly casual brick session with #teamsesto and some of the ACTC crew.
All welcome inc non Members. Bring a friend the more the merrier!
Be there from 7:50am with toes in the water OR bike shoes clipped in at 8am.
Meeting to the right of the toilet block looking out to the water.
