ACT Skills: Choice Point Workshop

Explore how to navigate life with more clarity and intention in this interactive psychoeducation session on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)'s Choice Point model. The Choice Point helps you notice the moment when you’re faced with a decision...to move toward your values or away from discomfort...and teaches practical strategies to act with purpose, even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize your personal “choice points” in daily life
• Take values-guided action instead of reacting automatically
• Use simple exercises to increase psychological flexibility

This workshop is useful for anyone curious about ACT or looking for practical tools to use in their life. It can be paired with other ACT skills workshops. 🧠✨
