Get your students ready for America’s 250th! Learn how to incorporate primary source documents into your classroom! Using the Heinz History Center’s unique collections and exhibits, educators will analyze a variety of primary sources and learn innovative techniques to encourage critical thinking skills and civic participation.
Whether teaching high schoolers or elementary, these strategies will engage students to interact with primary sources critically.
Attendees with also receive a special walkthrough of the new My America exhibit and learn about how to access the History Center’s collection of resources for their classrooms!
