This Class is an introduction to making abstract paintings with acrylic paints. Students will learn the basics of color theory and color mixing. Then, using those skills, they will learn how shapes and colors interact with each other, how to abstract found objects, and then how to create their own unique abstract paintings. Students will provide their own acrylic paints, set of brushes, palette knives and paint palette.
Esta clase es una introduccion a la creacion de pinturas abstractas con pinturas acrilias. Los esudiantes aprendaran los conceptos basicos de la teoria del color y la mezcla de colores. Luego, usando esas habilidades, aprenderan como las formas y los colores interactuan, como abstraer objetos encontrados y luego como crear sus propias pinturas abstractas. Clase bilingüe en ingles y español.
