Bio
Céline is a vibrant teacher who loves to share her passions. Having grown up between Europe and Asia, she was first a dance afficionado for 15 years, acquiring a large repertoire from modern’ jazz, to hip hop, ballet and salsa; and performed in Paris for Slash’ Art and Pom’Dance during 3 years. In 2017 she discovered and fell in love with acroyoga and started practicing both acroyoga and yoga ever since. She is now a certified Acroyoga Montreal and a certified Acroyoga International teacher and has been teaching yoga & acroyoga for more than 2 years. Beyond the poses, she enjoys creating new ways of connection between people through play and collaboration.
Lara : Thirteen years ago, Lara embarked on her Yoga journey and has passionately practiced ever since. A chance encounter with a group engaging in acroyoga in a park introduced her to a world of collaboration, inclusiveness, and mutual encouragement. Since that moment, she has honed her skills at festivals and jams across Europe. In 2019, after completing her teacher training in Greece with Acroyoga Intl, Lara began instructing others. She delights in exploring diverse embodied movement practices—such as contact improvisation, Forro, slacklining, juggling, and climbing—to foster a deeper connection between mind and body. In 2022, her dedication led her to another significant milestone: a teacher training with Acroyoga Montreal, further enriching her expertise. Today, Lara offers instruction at Acroyoga festivals, as well as in private and group settings.
