🔹AcroYoga transitions: learn basic acro poses & spinning washing machines.
👉 You don’t need to join with a training partner! You will be training with other students together in a group of 3 ppl; base, flyer and spotter.
🔹We practice Acroyoga together in a combination of playfulness, joy and loving kindness.
👉 No pre-reqs. No experience needed, but if you have some, feel free to join and we will meet at your level!
