A ‘jam’ is an informal gathering of acroyogis. It’s an opportunity to play and practice your acroyoga skills and meet new friends. There’s no formal class structure, but a qualified acroyoga coach is on hand to facilitating skills sharing in a safe and relaxed environment.
Acro Yoga is a form of partner yoga that brings together yoga, acrobatics and Thai yoga massage. It is playful, fun and therapeutic and everyone is welcome – including those who are new to yoga.
