Hello beautiful people! Since there was a lot of interest for trying out zouk at the Acro Yoga Midsummer Festival, we're now organizing a join acroyoga & zouk jam! ?
?? Join us for a acro yoga jam on the grass by Sprallen (Hammarby slussväg 15) from 18 o'clock!
?? At 18-19 o'clock there will be an open level zouk workshop on Sprallen for those who want to try it out. And at 19-22 o'clock the zouk will continue in the form of a social, where people dance zouk freely to music. ? Our hope is that zoukers and acro yogies will dare to intermingle and try out both of these amazing activities during the evening!
