👉AcroYoga transitions -> inquire to learn pops, flows, spinning washing machines & standing acro!
💖You don’t need to join with a training partner! You will be training with other students together in a group of 3 ppl; base, flyer and spotter.
💖 We use each other as tools and train not only strength, balance and presence but also trust in other people.
💖 No pre-reqs. No experience needed, but if you have some, feel free to join and we will meet at your level!
