AcroNerds are back in Tallinn!

AcroNerds Tallinn Intensive on 25-26th of May is a whole weekend filled with a variety of acroyoga workshops.
The workshop sessions vary in difficulty levels and themes, but are all a reflection of Natalia Veritas and Joshua Ludere Veritas aka AcroNerds specific style - the concept of effortless acro.
This acroyoga duo has visited us several times before and each year they have won a lot of hearts and left a lot of happy faces behind.
•PROGRAM•
Saturday 25th of May 2024:
11:00 - 13:30 session 1
13:30 - 15:00 lunch break
15:00 - 17:30 session 2
17:30 - 19:00 jam
Sunday 26th of May 2024:
11:00 - 13:30 session 3
13:30 - 15:00 lunch break
15:00 - 17:30 session 4
17:30 - 18:15 jam

• SESSION 1 (Saturday 11:00 - 13:30)
Flowly - intermediate level
We will share a flow of our own design, with the added focus of making flows smooth.
Prerequisite: Handstand against the wall, whale, side star, shoulderstand.

• SESSION 2 (Saturday 15:00 - 17:30)
Hands Free - advanced level
Transitioning from side star to star without the use of anyones hands, and similar transitions all done hands free.
Prerequisites: Be stable in: star & reverse star, side stars, butt balances

• SESSION 3 (Sunday 11:00 - 13:30)
Intro to Standing - open level
Some cool lifts, some funky exits, and lots of going upside down for the flyers.
Prerequisites: Handstand against the wall.

• SESSION 4 (Sunday 15:00 - 17:30)
Pops & Icarian - internemediate level
A mix of pops and icarian.
Prerequisites: Whale, shin to foot & foot to shin, reverse star, butt balance.

One day (5+ hrs) 80€
Full weekend (10+ hrs) - 130€

Lunch is not included in the pricing of the workshop.

Natalia & Joshua believe acro is an exercise in effortlessness. Whether it is flips, whips, pops or hands free transitions, they emphasize smooth execution and impeccable technique. What does all this mean? It means they make acro feel good and look easy. They travel the world meeting acro communities, learning what they can and spreading the concept of effortless acro.

Both Natalia & Joshua have spent their time together traveling the globe learning the practice of AcroYoga from a variety of world renowned teachers. They were the first ever participants of the Ladybase Private Teacher Training, Indonesia, in April of 2018 and completed the VanCityAcro Teacher Training, Bordeaux, in July of 2018 & in Devon, England in May 2019.

25-26. mail 2024 toimub terve nädalavahetuse jagu erinevaid akrojooga töötubasid külalisõpetajate AcroNerds ehk Natalia Veritas ja Joshua Ludere Veritas juhendusel.
See akrojooga duo on Aurora Yoga Studios ka varasematel aastatel töötubasid läbi viinud ja südameid võitnud.
Natalia ja Joshua akrojooga stiil baseerub väga põhjalikul tehnilisel analüüsil ja akrojooga asendite sügaval mõistmisel (millele viitab ka akrojooga duo nimi AcroNerds :)). Sellise akrojooga käsitluse tulemuseks on teadlik, kontrollitud ja sujuv liikumine ning võime muuta keerulisena näivad liikumised ja asendid lihtsaks ning arusaadavaks.
AcroNerds Tallinn Intesive nädalavahetusel toimub Aurora Yoga Studios läbi terve nädalavahetuse jagu erinevaid akrojooga töötubasid.
Huvilistel on võimalus osa võtta tervest nädalavahetusest või valida välja töötoad mis rohkem huvi pakuvad.
Töötoad on erineva raskusastmega (täpsem info ülalpool inglise k. töötubade kirjeldustes).
Juhul kui sa ei ole kindel kas või milline töötuba sulle sobiks, siis kirjuta meile.
