AcroNerds 1-Day Intensive in Tallinn

AcroNerds 1-day Intensive in Tallinn on 17 October is a whole day of hands free acroyoga practice!
The sessions are a reflection of Natalia Veritas and Joshua Ludere Veritas aka AcroNerds specific style - the concept of effortless acro.
This acroyoga duo has visited us several times before and each year they have won a lot of hearts and left a lot of happy faces behind.

14:30 - 16:00 Lunch break
16:00 - 18:30 Session 2
18:30 - 19:30 Jam + acro doctor
The whole 1-day intensive is open level with various options.
Join for a whole day or come for one session!
Morning session contains more accessible material, focused on how to do hands-free acro.
In the afternoon session we play with hands-free flowy flow. Beginners are welcome to use extra points of contact for added support.
