Join guest instructor Alyssa Hill from Acro Yoga Minneapolis in this 2 hour, all levels workshop. Students will learn acro basics and more advanced students can take their poses to the next level. No experience or partner needed. Ages 15+
What to wear: Leggings and a fitted tank or t-shirt.
