We had such a blast with you all in March, we’re going to keep the fun going all summer long! Acro-yoga is a physical practice that blends elements of partner yoga, acrobatics, performance, and healing arts. This class will be led by our wonderful instructors, Tami and Jeremy, and is an all-level acro workshop.
So, grab a couple of friends, or come on your own. No prior experience is needed to join us.
Even if you have experienced acro yoga, it is always great to refine your skills!
