Join us for a dynamic Acro Yoga Jam Session that blends elements of yoga, acrobatics, and healing arts. Work with a partner or in groups to create flowing sequences of acrobatic poses and movements that combine strength, flexibility, balance, and trust. Acro Yoga is all about playfulness, community, and supporting one another in a safe and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re new to Acro Yoga or looking to refine your skills, these drop-in sessions are the perfect opportunity to practice, learn, and grow with others. Come solo, bring a partner, or invite friends—everyone is welcome! No experience necessary.
