Acro Yoga Intensive Weekend – 12 Hours ✨
Level: Intermediate!
Join us for a 2-day Acro Yoga Intensive Weekend filled with movement, connection, joy, and lots of Acro Skills.
Across 4 playful and progressive workshops, we’ll explore Acro as a living, breathing practice — combining technique with creativity, curiosity, and trust.
This weekend is about feeling the flow, supporting one another, and enjoying the process of leveling up together.
Expect a supportive atmosphere, clear progressions, and plenty of time to play, repeat, explore, and integrate.

🌍 Your Teachers
This intensive is co-taught by Jacob Brown (USA) and Mira Lühmann (Lüneburg, Germany).
Jacob Brown is an internationally experienced Acro teacher and The Acro Way Teacher Training Co-Founder, with over 10 years of teaching experience.
He is known as a lover of Acro technique, for his playful approach, loving kindness, and deep knowledge of Acro skills — shared through his extensive online resource library and website dedicated entirely to Acro Yoga practice and skill development.

For this weekend, Jacob is coming to Hamburg to share his experience, inspiration, and love for Acro. Mira Lühmann, based in Lüneburg, is a passionate Aerial and Acro teacher with a strong focus on connection, flow, joy, and embodied learning. She is the Acro Way certified.
Together, they create a balanced teaching space that blends structure and creativity, safety and play, technique and joy.

All content will be accessible, progressive, and adapted to the group, with a strong focus on safety, trust, and fun.

This intensive is perfect for intermediate Acrobats who:
• have experience basing, flying, and spotting
• enjoy learning through movement and repetition
• want to deepen their flow, confidence, and connection
Prerequisite:
At least 6 month Acro experience
Stable Side Star & Basic Washing Machines
Familiar with basic Icarians (throne to bird)
Whips: Familiar with Tarzans
Dance Lifts: No Prerequisites
