Whether you're new to Acro Yoga or returning to the basics, this 4-week series sets you up for success.This entry level class is a chance to deepen your foundations, build strength and mobility, and get solid reps in with great coaching. You’ll learn to fly with confidence, base with stability, and spot with clarity. By the end, you’ll have the tools you need to practice Acro Yoga safely, successfully, and with a strong technical base that supports wherever you want to take your practice next.
When: Wednesday, June 3rd - June 24th, 7:30 - 8:30 pm
