Join us for a fun filled acro yoga class where we focus on balance, strength, flexibility and communication! Acro yoga uses a lot of pushing, so is the perfect balance for all the pulling we do in climbing! This class will be focused on a step by step progression, to not just learn acro poses, but link them together in transitions! Beginners welcome!
