NO ACRO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARYACRO JAM by the Bay! This BAY class will be less instructional anymore Acro-play. Yogis do not need to have acro experience as Ry and Mari will provide direction to all. This gathering is fun and a good way to exercise your "trust" muscles in a fun way. Donation Based Class! Pay what you can or nothing at all. Recommended donation of 10 - 20 per yogi. Acro Jam will run for approx 90m and then all yogis are invited to head over for community brunch.
