Acro-Jazz is perfect for an active child who loves to flip, bend and twist. Acro-Jazz incorporates elements of gymnastics, jazz, acrobatics and contortion, stunting and dance - that create physically dynamic, energetic and strength based dance routines. Students learn acrobatic tricks, tumbling, strength and conditioning, as well as dance, partner and group work. This is a really popular class, and Natalie works the young athletes towards engaging and challenging dance routines while increasing their skill base.
