We are pleased to welcome in Warsaw the amazing Cie ZeC – Zenzero e Cannella from France at our upcoming Acro Intensive workshop!
The focus of Nico and Magda’s classes is finding the most effective way to do partner acrobatics tricks with a solid technique. They will help you to moove to the next level and reach more complex skills!
The level of the classes is intermediate and advanced and will be adjusted to the participants. If some drills are too hard, they have lots of pre-exercises for you. There will also be alternatives for those who are more then advanced or proffesional!
After the specific physical preparation, the handstands and some games, they will offer an exciting menu:
• different entries and exits of 2High, H2H and F2H
• one arm and one foot exercises
• dynamic movements with partner
• head balancing
• dynamic drills in duo and collective: courbette/cascade banquine/pendulums, throws
• three high and more!
Each block will end up with delicious stretching!
PREREQUISITE SKILLS:
Comfort in 2 high, experience with standing f2h, h2h, and toe pitch.
Please note that participants are fully responsible for themselves during this event! The Venue and/or the organizers will not bear any responsibility in case of injury.

150 square meters gym, 5 meters high :)
Soft floor with tatami mats, 3 safety harnesses (lunge lines), landing crashpad mats, and everything needed for a safe and professional workshop.

TEACHERS:
Zenzero e Cannella is a hand to hand acrobatic duo based in France. Magdalena Vicente from Argentina and Nicolò Bussi from Italy met in the Festival „Circa” at Auch, in the south of France.
The first words they have exchanged were: “do you go up with or without tempo?“. In spite of the distance, the different cities they were living in and the pressure of their respective schools, both artists always found the way to meet at the weekend to train where it was possible. At the beginning, they started trying their numbers in small places, and when they jumped forward they went to bigger stages participating in real shows.
Today, they are working in many productions in France and in Italy, receiving engagements from the other parts of the world. In these trips, they are accompanied by the fascination of the public, not only for their creativity and warmth, but also for their extraordinary tricks, handstands in mid-air, and infectious laughter.
They draw creatively from extraordinary circus traditions, transforming and shaping a modern perspective on this field of art.
Magda and Nico love sharing their knowledge having a funny time with the people!
