We are really excited to let you know that Inez will come back to Helsinki to share more about her AcroYoga practice! This time she will be teaching with Karel Salet, a very experienced and appreciated Dutch teacher. They will be challenging you to get to the next level, to find deeper ways to connect to each other within the practice, and will bring you lots of new material to play with.

All the workshops are intermediate level. We will keep working with variations for different skill levels. During the weekend we will bring you a set of tools to improve your technique, find a better alignment, create more tightness and stability and discover the needed sensitivity for easier flows.

TEACHERS:
INEZ ALMEIDA is a certified Acroyoga teacher form Acroyoga International and Acroyoga Montreal and has been teaching acroyoga over the past years in several different countries and communities. Her love for movement and her background in dance and acrobatics brought her into an exploration of new possibilities within acroyoga laguange and vision. KAREL SALET is a dedicated acrobat that has been teaching over the last 6 years in both weekly classes, national and international conventions.
He and Inez have also co-hosted with more teachers the Paascroyoga festival a couple of year together... they love to play and be silly.
