You're invited to Acro in the Air with Downtown Dallas Inc. – a serene weekly movement series at Harwood Park.
Join us for a unique evening of partner-based acro yoga that combines strength, balance, and trust in a supportive and fun environment. Your ticket includes a 45-minute acro yoga session led by skilled instructors from Dallas AcroYoga, followed by a community social where you can connect with fellow acro enthusiasts and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the park.
Hydration is provided by BODYARMOR, with additional goodies from our partners to keep you energized. The class takes place in the green space near the stage.
Check-in begins at 6:30 PM, and the class starts promptly at 7 PM. After class, stick around to meet new friends, explore our vendor booths, and soak in the community vibes.
Street parking is free after 6 PM at parking meters. There’s also a paid parking garage on Harwood Street at the corner of Jackson and Harwood St. Bring your mat, water, and an open mind for trying something new!
