SVA is partnering with Taylor (insta @tayloredacro) to offer some weekend training sessions to deep dive on dynamics and safety.
Structure:
There will be two sessions, pay individually for a single session or together for a discounted rate.
July 18th 2–6pm — Dynamic ACRO: The art of tossing, catching and spotting!
We will start with movement theory and training pedagogy before moving in depth into Dynamic L-Basing and Dynamic Standing ACRO!
Get ready to toss hard, soar high and spot like you've never done before!
Expect a fast paced and deeply technical program that will have you taking real risks while making ACRO truly safe and accessible!
All content is scaled, so no matter your experience level you'll have something to learn and build upon!
July 19th 2–6pm — Poplocates++
Have you ever wanted to inlocate?
What about pop higher and better than ever?
Well then this is the workshop for you!
Together we will break down the elements that make pops floaty, make catches soft, and make the mechanical movements of inlocates actually make sense!
Starting from theory and moving into practical drills, you'll gain the understanding and skills to safely share this multi-person movement sequence.
One session is $59 and both sessions are $99
No partner needed, prerecs differ depending on the session.
If you are uncertain of whether you meet the prerecs, there will be lots of drills for you even if you might not yet reach the peak skill!
