Thank you everyone that came to the previous class and shared your feedback! We considered some of the things that were shared to keep improving the class content we create. Round 2 of Dance Acro!Join us for a double dance workshop Tuesday February 18th!
6:30-8pm Beginner dance lifts, open to all!
8-9:30pm Intermediate dance lifts

Join us for some great content, especially for those that are into performance acro! The classes will be formatted similarly to that of a hip hop dance class, where you will be learning a choreographed dance piece to music. We will be working on dance elements such as timing and flow, partner connection, and presentation. There will be time reserved at the end for those interested in performing the piece and having it recorded.

For the intermediate workshop, pre-req suggestions that will make the class easier are:
Bird on Shoulder
Overhead armpit hold
Standing side-star

Cost: $25 per workshop OR
Both workshops: $40 (cash
rate) / $45 (e-pay rate)
