8-9:30pm Intermediate dance lifts

For the intermediate workshop, pre-req suggestions that will make the class easier are:
Bird on Shoulder
Overhead armpit hold
Base-assisted cartwheels
Cost: $25 per workshop OR
Both workshops: $40 (cash rate) / $45 (e-pay rate)
