Join the Victoria Acro Community at Willows Park every Sunday for the weekly Acro & Movement Jam!This is a community event where all types of movement and flow are welcome and encouraged -- acro yoga, hooping, juggling, poi, staff, yoga, hand balancing, tumbling, slacklining, etc.
It is not necessary to come with a partner and all skill levels are welcome!
This event is entirely self-guided, Watch, learn, try new things, and explore and develop new skills, while using accurate self-assessment and taking responsibility for your own safety and the safety of the people you're practicing with.
