Join local Plant Specialists for our summer program about Invasive Plants at Phil Hardberger Park! This program will meet June 12th, 19th, 26th, and 30th from 10-11am.
This program is geared towards children ages 5-10, but children ages 3 and 4 are welcome to participate. They will learn about the invasive plants that inhabit the park, hike the trails, bag seeds, and help W**d out the bad plants! Each meetup will include a discovery center, craft, activity, and story time.
Cost:
$20/per child age 3+ for all 4 classes OR $10/per child for 1 class
*the fee will go towards class supplies and donation to the park.
Children age 2 and under are free.
***Max of 20 children ages 3 and over.***
Closed-toe shoes and long pants are mandatory. Water, a snack, hats, sunscreen, and bug repellent are recommended.
