ATRA is excited to announce that we will be back IN PERSON this year! September 10-13, 2022 we will be in Birmingham AL and we will be shaking up our in-person events as we head to Sweet Home ATRAbama! During the in-person conference, you will have the opportunity to re-ignite, recreate and reconnect with other recreational therapists, educators and students from around the world! Intensive workshops, certificate programs, exhibits and general sessions will re-ignite your passion and energy for practice. Fun events around the city and at the conference will help you recreate and recharge. And after two years of virtual conferences, there will be plenty of time to reconnect with colleagues and meet new people. You won’t want to miss this new experience.Not only will we be in Birmingham AL, we will also be offering a virtual conference. The virtual conference will begin September 13 and run through October 13. For those attending in-person, you will have access to both the in-person content. But for those unable to join us at ATRAbama, you will be able to earn CEUs from pre-recorded 60 and 90 minute sessions to reignite your practice and enhance your learning. *Please note: the in-person and virtual content will be DIFFERENT and will not be replicated between the two conferences.
