Allen County Neighborhoods Forum (“ACNF”) meets Quarterly on the 4th Thursday of the month in the Citizens Square Omni Room starting at 6:30 p.m. ACNF is open to all homeowners’ groups and neighborhood associations located in incorporated and unincorporated areas of Allen County, Indiana, as well as anyone living in Allen County who wants to learn more about neighborhoods and local government. Its objective is to improve communication between neighborhoods, residents, government and various other community services and information.
