A Moment for Me - Yoga for Moms

The first half of the class will be yoga for moms (or caregiver) and the second half will be guided play for the baby. Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed specifically for moms like you! Take some time out of your busy schedule to focus on yourself and your well-being. This in-person event will be held at the AmeriHealth Caritas NC- Fayetteville Wellness & Opportunity Center. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for all levels.
