Welcome to our first Mammography event! Join us at the AmeriHealth Caritas NC- Fayetteville Wellness & Opportunity Center for a mammography screening with Invision Diagnostics mobile unit. Our event offers in-person mammography screenings to ensure you're taking care of yourself. Come inside before or after your appointment for a picture, snack and otpional craft to take home for the holidays.

How to Schedule your Appointment at AmeriHealth Caritas:

- appointments.invisiondiagnostics.com

- Enter the Event Name (AmeriHealth)

- Click on your event/schedule

- Select a time

- Click on Get Appointment

- From there you will enter all necessary information needed to schedule a mammogram appointment or call 877.318.1349

PATIENT TARDINESS POLICY:

Grace period is 15 minutes from scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after 15 min you will be worked in if the schedule allows. If not, you will need to reschedule. Please call if running late (877) 318-1349.

WALK ON POLICY:

We will gladly accept walk on patients if the clinic/schedule allows. Please make sure you have Insurance Card, Picture ID, and a current PCP.
