Achieving Long Term Impact

It can be a daunting task to write a Development Plan or Business Plan and all that needs to be considered, especially if you’re a charity or not-for-profit.  

This workshop will provide you with clear, practical actions to consult on and write your strategic plan for how your business or organisation can develop and achieve your desired impact. 

It will lead you through all the areas you should consider when developing your plan, with tools to help you structure your thinking and create a plan that will help you grow and achieve your ambitions. 

At the workshops, we will consider:  

• Using tools such as a theory of change to help develop mission and vision statements for your business 

• How assessing your areas of your business in terms of impact (both social outcomes and profitability) can help you to focus your activity and be flexible 

• Other areas of your business that will help you to achieve impact, such as governance, resourcing and monitoring and evaluating what you do.

This training event is part of the Impact Network for Creatives - A network providing support and development opportunities to creative practitioners and cultural professionals in Leicester. The Impact Network for Creatives (INC) aims to help people demonstrate their impact in the cultural sector and build their resilience.
