We are thrilled to announce a dynamic partnership between the Minnesota Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE MN) and the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST. Together, we are committed to empowering healthcare leaders with expanded educational opportunities and enriched networking events. This collaboration aims to deepen our connectedness, offering the support needed to elevate each other and bring you even more resources to connect, learn, and grow. Panelist Bios:
Jennifer Olson
Jennifer M. Olson is a transformational healthcare executive and senior strategic advisor at BlueInnovo Advisors, LLC. She is renowned for driving enterprise healthcare solutions and fostering a culture of success. Formerly, she served as SVP and COO at Children’s Minnesota, where she led cross-functional teams to solve complex problems while creating a culture of engagement and excellence. Jennifer brings expertise in health system strategy, operations, and service line growth. She sits on national boards such as the International Society for Pediatric Innovation and Women’s Health Leadership TRUST. Her accolades include the 2023 "Healthcare Hero Award" and 2018 “Top Women In Business” by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Jennifer DeCubellis
Jennifer DeCubellis is the Chief Executive Officer of Hennepin Healthcare, an integrated system that includes a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center, a 484-bed academic hospital, and a wide range of clinical and specialty care services. Hennepin Healthcare is a subsidiary corporation of Hennepin County. With over 25 years of experience in public program administration working across all areas of health and human services with an emphasis on program redesign, system transformations, and quality improvements to ensure positive resident outcomes alongside prudent financial management.
Dr. Lisa Saul
Dr. Lisa Saul is a seasoned physician and health care executive with nearly 20 years in clinical practice and more than ten years in health care administration. She is the National Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer, Women’s Health for UnitedHealthcare. In her role, she is responsible for improving affordability in women’s health and improving maternal and neonatal clinical outcomes. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two teenaged children. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Lisa was a practicing maternal-fetal medicine specialist and president of the Mother Baby Clinical Service Line, a contractual joint venture between Allina Health and Children’s Minnesota- both with headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As president, Lisa created new lines of business in specialized care areas, created digital solutions to enhance patient experience, developed innovative care models, and provided oversight to the construction of three maternity centers.
Emily Blomberg
Emily Blomberg is the president of Regions Hospital and the Regions Hospital Foundation. She is a Rochester native, brings local and national health care leadership to HealthPartners, most recently serving as chief operating officer for University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. In 2019, Blomberg received 40 Under 40 honors from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal when she was Hennepin Healthcare’s chief operating officer, a position she held from 2017-2022. She had several roles at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston from 2010-2017, including health system operations vice president, associate vice president and director.
