About this Event

Our June concert will feature the world premiere of Urgent Earth, a new cantata for treble voices composed by Stefania De Kenessey with libretto by Annie Finch. This six-movement work about the climate crisis offers a powerful and moving statement about the world we live in.

This timely offering will be paired with pieces that honor the environment including works by Marie-Claire Saindon, Dede Duson, Lajos Bárdos, David Lang, and Sarah Quartel.
