An accessible yoga flow class open to all levels.Poses will generally be held for a few breaths and linked together. The class will include alignment instruction and offer variations for all poses.

This class is held on the second floor of Esplanade at City Park (3443 Esplanade Ave). Street parking is available around Moss St and Esplanade Ave, or you can park in City Park and walk over. Once you enter the building, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. From there, go left down the hallway. The yoga studio is the second door on the left.
