Wright Library will present a number of accessible options for visually impaired and hearing impaired individuals. Libby allows users to borrow and read digital media from their local library, including eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines. Hoopla and Kanopy offers free streaming and downloaded audiobooks, movies, music, eBooks and comics to iOS, Android and Kindle devices. Learn about Freegal, a library of digital music as well as other assistive offerings like Newsbank with a Read Speaker Web Reader or Roku devices and hot spots from our Library of Things. In partnership with the National Federation of the Blind Ohio Chapter. The local chapter of the NFB has been actively involved in educating the general public what it means to be blind and that blind individuals can function just as well as anyone else, given the opportunity.
