How can you tailor your yoga class into something inclusive and accessible for every body and every ability? In this workshop, yoga teachers will explore the question of "What is Accessible Yoga?" A presentation will include a range of considerations and scope, along with teaching and communication strategies.
Practical applications in the workshop consist of pose customizations using yoga equipment, and explorations of breathwork and meditation options for students. It also addresses how you can hold space and respond effectively for a range of needs within a class.

Our Canberra Yoga Teacher Training concludes with two special elective workshops, and we are welcoming teachers-in-training and experienced yoga teachers from all yoga backgrounds to join us for one or both workshops aimed at exploring some specialty areas of yoga theory, practice, and teaching.
