Assessforce Training:

This course introduces participants to the DHS Assessment Portal (DAP) and the Customer Assessment Portal (CAP), web-applications used to complete the Economic Security Comprehensive Assessment (ESCA) (formerly known as the TANF Comprehensive Assessment or TCA). During this hands-on training course, participants will learn the basic functionality of the system including searching and importing a customer, managing a household, and searching/associating self-assessments. Course participants will learn the current business processes for conducting an assessment and access resources for further customer engagement.
