Live Sound Demonstration — AV Educate brings real, working sound gear into the room to spark the kind of curiosity a slide presentation never could. Expect to see a live system in action and come away with questions worth asking the people standing next to you.

Career Panel — Working professionals connected through SoundGirls share an honest look at what a real career in this industry actually looks like, how they broke in, what the job demands day to day, and what it takes to go from bedroom to booth to a sustainable career. Less a lecture, more a conversation to walk away inspired by.

AV Educate is a nonprofit built to equip, enable, and empower the future of the audio-visual workforce. Bridging the real gaps in this industry and helping technicians, aspiring and experienced alike, actually level up their skills. That's the same problem CRC exists to solve, from a different seat.

SoundGirls has spent over a decade building mentorship, education, and real professional community for women and underrepresented groups in audio. Proving that a credible, structured path into this industry is something you can build on purpose, not something you have to stumble into by luck. That's exactly the kind of path CRC wants to help every one of our members find.
